Tomasz Płonka is an illustrator and cartoonist brought up on the scarcely available in the soviet era comic books, illustrated children’s books “read for me mummy” and TV shows hosted by Szymon Kobyliński. Those early visual and literary experiences after years of “serious” education came to surface and result in a series of black and white drawings. Sometimes he also paints and photographs.
